Who these terms are between

These terms are between ByBookBot and the clinic that signs up for ByBookBot. The person signing up confirms they may accept them for the clinic.

The pilot

Every clinic starts with a free 7-day pilot: 1 location, up to 3 doctors and 300 bot conversations. We may extend it. When it ends without an upgrade, the bot asks patients to call the clinic, the dashboard becomes read-only, and we delete the clinic's data after 30 days.

Fees

Starter: ₹9,999 one-time setup and ₹3,999 per month. Growth: ₹14,999 one-time setup and ₹5,999 per month. Prices exclude GST. Meta's WhatsApp message charges are billed at cost. See our refund and cancellation policy.

What the bot does and doesn't do

• It books, reminds, answers questions about your clinic from the details you give, and hands chats to your staff.
• It never gives medical advice and is not a general-purpose assistant.
• You are responsible for keeping your clinic's details, timings and fees correct, and for replying to chats handed to your staff.

WhatsApp rules

You agree to follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, including messaging only patients who contacted you or agreed to reminders. Meta may limit or block a number that breaks its rules.

Patient data

You decide what patient data is collected and why. We process it only to run ByBookBot for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep ByBookBot running, but we depend on WhatsApp, our hosting and payment providers, and can't guarantee it is always available.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll email you at least 14 days before any change to fees or these terms.

Law

These terms follow Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
