Refund and cancellation policy

Free pilot

The 7-day pilot is free. We don't ask for card details, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Cancelling your plan

• There is no contract. Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@bybookbot.com.
• Cancellation stops the next monthly charge. Your bot keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
• We delete your clinic's data 30 days after your plan ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Refunds

• Monthly fee: not refunded for a month that has started.
• One-time setup fee: refunded in full if you cancel before your setup call. Not refunded once setup has been done.
• Meta message charges: passed on at cost and not refundable.
• Charged by mistake (a duplicate payment, or a charge after you cancelled): refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

How to ask

Email hello@bybookbot.com with your clinic name and payment date. We reply within 2 working days.
